JUSTUS ESIRI IS DEAD

                                                        

Veteran actor and father of Marven artiste, Dr. Sid, Justus Esiri is dead. Esiri, who died age 70 was a Member of the Order of the Niger, MON, and is famous for his role as the Village headmaster in a popular television series in the 1980's

Born on 20 November 1942 in Oria-Abraka,Delta state. He attended Urhobo college, Effurun, Warri. He was at Maximillan University, Munich, Germany, 1964, prof. Weners instituteof Engineering, West Berlin, 1967 and the Ahrens School of Performing Arts, 1968.

Esiri who started his acting career in Germany has won several awards including THEMA Awards, NTA Honours Awards, AMAA Awards. He was the star actor in Wasted Years, Forever, The Prize, Six Demons, The Tyrant, Last Knight, The Ghost, and a host of others.
